Renting with Fisher Realty
Application
- Complete the application found on each available rental.
- Once your application has been processed, references checked, and you’ve been approved, we begin the search for the property that best meets your needs.
- All approved applications are good for one year for any available home in our rental program. This allows you time to find the right property for your needs.
- An appointment will be scheduled to view potential properties.
Securing a Property
- Following your decision on a property, the security deposit is due within 24 hours to hold the property for you.
- The Rental Contract will be prepared and sent for your signature.
Move-In
- Leases can be pro-rated if the move-in date is not on the first of the month. All leases end on the last day of the month.
- Keys and a Move-In Checklist will be ready to pick up at 9:00am on the agreed upon date.
- Service and repair needs will be scheduled as needed upon receipt of an email to the property manager stating the service needed, the property address and your contact information.
- The Service Providers will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time to access the property.
