Transylvania Regional Hospital has been named one of the top 100 Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) in the U.S.
It was one of three critical access hospitals in North Carolina to make the Top 100 list nationwide.
Transylvania Regional Hospital is also one of only 244 hospitals in the nation to be named a Top Performer for quality two years in a row by the leading accreditation of healthcare organizations in the United States.
TRH is a 94-bed hospital offering a first-rate facility and a staff of over 120 active, consulting, and courtesy physicians as well as a variety of support programs and educational seminars.
